$40 is your deposit towards your commission for large or completely unique items. This pattern fee is non-refundable. I will give you a price range for the completed piece before you pay the fee.
For small items I think would be a good addition to my shop, I usually don’t require a fee for pattern making since I’ll make it anyways 😊
