Flower of Life Stained Glass Panel

If making stained glass is painting with light, what happens when its dark outside? With this piece we sought to show stained glass can still paint with light, even at nighttime.

The center shows a 61 circle flower of life. In the day it is illuminated by the clear textured glass. The outer petals are the curve of a Fibonacci sequence which shine with two glasses, a textured reddish brown and a cobalt blue with purple streaks. In the evening the outer petals change to a navy blue and black. And when the sun goes down the look of this piece changes entirely. The luminescent petals glow rainbow as the light from your room bounces off them. The outer petals become black. At night you can see the bright copper lead lines which give each piece crisp definition.
