The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your order message us and we'll work to fix it.
You may cancel your order if it has not shipped already. Shipped items cannot be canceled but can be refunded if you ship the item back to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will not be refunded original shipping payment.
Refunds are only issued once the item is received by us and is in the same condition as when it was sent to the buyer.
We ship USPS and every order will have a tracking number. Many items can be shipped Priority or First Class. Please note, if you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost again. Please double check your address before ordering, especially apartment numbers or if you’ve recently moved.
If an item arrives to you broken, you must provide a photograph of the broken item and a photograph of the shipping box it came in before any replacement will be made. We hold to a strict "No photo, no replacement" policy. Once photos are provided we will remake your piece or provide a refund. This is for claim purposes using USPS mailing service.
All "free shipping" items on our site are for US buyers only. If you are an international buyer, please message for an accurate shipping quote.
How custom orders work?
First email us at email@example.com an idea you have and a couple reference photos. I will email back a price range I am thinking and a draft of the pattern for your approval. If all is good you can pay the invoice I send you. Once started, customs cannot be refunded or returned. We're happy to work with you to find your vision. Custom orders take anywhere from 3 days to 3 months depending on the piece. Just message us and we'll find the perfect piece for you.
Care: Some white oxidation is normal and can be buffed off with a clean dry cloth. You can polish your piece occasionally with a small amount of car wax if it gets very dirty.
Hanging: We do not recommend stained glass to be hung from suction cups due to changes in temperature, they can unstick and damage your piece. Rather, just place a cup hook in your window frame and hang down as far as you like with provided chain or line. Or hang from your window lock.
Fused Glass: Fused glass has many uses. If used for food, hand wash only.

Items will not ship until payment has processed. All order cancellations must be made BEFORE items ship and we ship very quickly. NC buyers are subject to sales tax.
Custom orders require full payment before we begin making your order. We'll message and send many pics before beginning so you know exactly what you are paying for. Custom orders cannot be refunded.
Wholesale is available for many fused glass jewelry pieces. Stained glass pieces cannot be sold at wholesale prices due to the amount of time it takes to make it. Please message us for a quote.
